The Lost Lighthouse: The Weekly Rapture 49 – Professionals

Welcome back to The Weekly Rapture, brought to you by The Lost Lighthouse.

This week we chatted about FOX’s new X-Men TV shows Hellfire and Legion, the possibility of a Y: The Last Man show and D&Diesel, while Gary’s brain melts down and Adam just starts to do his job for him.

The main talking point, inspired by John Walters and the talk of the next Die Hard film being an origin story/prequel/preboot/whatever, was unnecessary prequels! We discuss why the movie industry seems obsessed with churning them out when they’re out of ideas, some of the worst offenders and some of your least favourite prequels too!
